Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Certain items (such as final sale or personalized products) may not be eligible for return.

How to Return an Order

  1. Log in to your Dsquared2 account and request a return.
  2. Print the return label provided by our system.
  3. Pack the item securely and attach the label.
  4. Drop it off at the designated courier service.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 7–10 business days.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Additional Information

  • Keep your return tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
  • If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact our customer service team for a replacement or full refund.
  • For international returns, customs duties or taxes are non-refundable.
